The first session is entirely conversational. We listen to your situation, ask a few gentle questions to understand the full picture, and explain what legal paths exist. You receive a written summary afterwards. There is no commitment required at any stage.
Is everything I share kept private?
Yes. All communications are protected under attorney-client privilege and our own strict confidentiality policy. Nothing is shared with any third party without your explicit consent.
Do you handle matters for expatriates in Thailand?
We regularly work with international families and expatriates residing in Northern Thailand. Our team communicates fluently in English and is familiar with cross-border family law considerations.
How long does a family matter typically take?
Timelines vary considerably. A guidance session is typically completed within two weeks. Agreement support usually takes one to two months. Contested matters depend on the complexity and the other party's cooperation. We give you a realistic outline at the outset.
What are the fees and how are they structured?
Our fees are fixed per service level — ฿4,400 for a guidance session, ฿9,800 for agreement support, and ฿16,900 for full case representation. You know the cost before any work begins. We do not charge hourly surprises.
Can I involve a family member in meetings?
That is entirely your choice. Some clients prefer to come alone; others feel more settled with a trusted person beside them. We accommodate either with the same level of care and attentiveness.
